Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The withdrawal must be declared in writing or by email.
The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the goods do not correspond to the order or are defective.
Products that have been custom-made according to individual customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Medical products are excluded from the right of withdrawal if their packaging has been opened.
Hygiene products (e.g. socks) are excluded from the right of withdrawal if they have already been worn.
