We deliver first aid training that is practical, professional, and grounded in real-world needs: First-Aid, Newborn Life-Support and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC).

Training for individuals


Recognized by the Ministry and the CGDIS, this 16-hour First Aid Course delivers practical, hands-on training in CPR for adults and infants, AED use, and key secondary care techniques.
The course includes splinting, bandaging, burn care, management of special situations, and helmet removal.

Originally developed from military medical training, the Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) - Active Bystander Course has been adapted to suit civilian needs, equipping you with life-saving skills in critical situations.

While we often associate medical emergencies with major events like terrorist attacks, everyday life also presents risks that could lead to life-threatening injuries. Whether it’s from accidents like broken glass, gardening mishaps, or extreme sports, the need for immediate action is crucial.

This course, recognized by the Committee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (C-TECC), will teach you the necessary skills to respond effectively in such emergencies, ensuring that you are prepared to help in life-or-death situations.

Training for companies


In Luxembourg, companies are legally required to ensure their staff are equipped to handle medical emergencies in the workplace.

Recognized by the Ministry of Health and the CGDIS (Grand-Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps), this comprehensive 16-hour First Aid Course provides practical, hands-on training to meet these legal obligations and ensure a safe working environment.

This course covers critical life-saving skills, including CPR for adults and infants, AED use, and essential secondary care techniques. Participants will also learn how to effectively manage injuries, including splinting, bandaging, burn care, and handling special situations like helmet removal.

RescueX

RescueX
The RescueX is a combined course exclusively offered by LuxResilience in Luxemburg.

Over 2 × 10 hours of hands-on practical training, you will gain all the essential skills required to manage a critical medical emergency from A to Z — whether it’s a cardiac arrest or massive bleeding following a chainsaw accident.
​
Upon successful completion, you will receive two distinct official certifications:
