Resilience & Mindset
Resilience is not a mindset issue, but is based on neurobiological and psychophysiological stress mechanisms. Under stress, automatic responses such as fight, flight, or freeze dominate, while cognitive control decreases. Through targeted training, mental preparation, breathing techniques, and stress exposure, functional performance can be improved. What matters is not knowledge, but behavior under real pressure.
