A safe start to life – first aid and healthcare for newborns (6 hours) Holding a newborn baby in your arms is an unforgettable experience – but also a huge responsibility. What should you do if your baby chokes, develops a fever or cries inconsolably? Our practical course teaches you life-saving first aid measures, proven safety tips and valuable advice for your child's physical and mental health. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Thank you for your booking! To ensure a smooth process, please follow the guidelines below: Cancellations: Cancellations are free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment, we reserve the right to charge a 70% cancellation fee. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is only available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact us in a timely manner if you need to change your appointment. Rescheduling requests will be reviewed individually, and additional fees may apply depending on the circumstances. We recommend making changes or cancellations as early as possible to allow flexibility for both you and us. Thank you for your understanding!
