Service Description
An emergency can happen anytime, anywhere—whether at home, at work, or in public. Do you know how to respond correctly in an emergency? Our 16-hour course meets the official requirements of the CGDIS and is recognized by the Luxembourg Ministry of the Interior. It provides you with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to save lives and respond confidently in critical situations. What you will learn: By the end of the course, you will be able to confidently perform life-saving first aid, respond correctly in medical and traumatic emergencies, and make a standardized emergency call. You will receive an officially recognized diploma that is valid for five years. ✅ First aid at the scene ✅ Unconsciousness & recovery position ✅ Airway obstruction / choking ✅ Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) & use of an AED ✅ Heavy bleeding, wounds & bandages ✅ Burns, broken bones & injuries ✅ Hypoglycemia, intoxication, heat stroke ✅ Traffic accidents Course details? 🔹 Target group: Private individuals, driver's license applicants, anyone interested in refreshing their knowledge 🔹 Duration: 16 hours (8 hours each on Saturday & Sunday) 🔹 Language(s): German, French, English (depending on course date) 🔹 Diploma: Officially recognized diploma valid for 5 years (CGDIS & Ministry of the Interior) 🔹 Minimum number of participants: 6 people Register now and become a first responder – for more safety in everyday life! “Time isn't money, time is life!” Please contact us for further information and/or to request an appointment. --> This course is recognized by the Luxembourg Ministry of the Interior & the CGDIS (No. INFS-2025-OF-013).
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Thank you for your booking! To ensure a smooth process, please follow the guidelines below: Cancellations: Cancellations are free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment, we reserve the right to charge a 70% cancellation fee. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is only available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact us in a timely manner if you need to change your appointment. Rescheduling requests will be reviewed individually, and additional fees may apply depending on the circumstances. We recommend making changes or cancellations as early as possible to allow flexibility for both you and us. Thank you for your understanding!
