Our certified 16-hour First Aid Course, based on the requirements of CGDIS, provides you with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to save lives and respond confidently in critical situations. What You Will Learn: ✅ Basics of First Aid: Unconsciousness, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) & Recovery Position ✅ Dealing with severe bleeding, wounds, burns & fractures ✅ Emergency measures for heart attacks, strokes & breathing difficulties ✅ Use of Defibrillators (AED) ✅ CPR for children & infants ✅ Correct response to choking in children & infants ✅ Prevention & proper reaction to work and household accidents Who Is This Course Suitable For? 🔹 Private individuals who want to be prepared for emergencies 🔹 Companies to meet legal requirements & workplace safety Why This Course? Booking Policy Thank you for your booking! To ensure a smooth process, please follow the guidelines below: Cancellations: Cancellations are free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment, we reserve the right to charge a 70% cancellation fee. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is only available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact us in a timely manner if you need to change your appointment. Rescheduling requests will be reviewed individually, and additional fees may apply depending on the circumstances. We recommend making changes or cancellations as early as possible to allow flexibility for both you and us. Thank you for your understanding!
